• To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
   
• Customized or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
   

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  
   

• If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details.
   
• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
